That is, pour enough hot water to the point where it’s completely absorbed by the grounds, about 30 seconds. 3) From the center, slowly pour 120ml of hot water in a spiral motion towards the outer edge until sinking the coffee. Wait for the coffee bed to stop dripping. 4) Repeat 2 or 3 times. It takes around 2-3 minutes in total. 5) Enjoy!
