With the 3-piece set you will receive the garlic grater plate with brush and garlic peeler. This allows you to peel the garlic just as easily as you later prepare it tasty with the grater plate for your food. Each grater plate is unique - made of fine ceramic, handmade and hand painted. With the ceramic grater plate, you can easily process garlic and ginger to fine mass. For this purpose, you can move the material to be rubbed in circular motions from the plate edge to the middle over the grating surface of the plate. Then the fine grating product can be first painted with the brush to the centre and then easily lifted from the plate. Thanks to the fine workmanship, the friction material develops a higher aromatic intensity than pressed or cut garlic, as the tasting garlic capsules are completely burred.
