We lease lots of land in our curated neighborhoods designed for active seniors. You pick your preferred piece of the hill country, and then you can bring a manufactured home of your choice onto the land.

We will work with you to make sure the required exteriors improvements meet the standards of the community so the neighbourhood can keep up it’s aesthetic charm.

Our communities are on a first come first serve basis on lot availability; we require your lot to be under lease in order to take it off the market.
